Return & Exchange Policy

At Heeposh, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At Heeposh we offer 7 days return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging

2. Product must be unused.

3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

We do not have a reverse pickup facility for now.  The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail at below address

To return a product to Heeposh, please follow below steps:

Create a 'Return Request' under “Order History” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button.

Or to raise a return request please drop us an email on info.heeposh@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU code on the email along with reason for return to avoid confusion.

Exchanges:

At Heeposh we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Under Exchange Policy:

1. Only size exchanges or defective items are allowed.

2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund:

After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end within 2 business days, if product does not passes the quality check, we will ship it back to you and if it passes the quality check refund will be initiated within 7 working days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Note : please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all the orders are shipped immediately so If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at xxx within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM to cancel. Amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
